the part arrived broken. It was poorly packed in only shredded paper. From the gouges in the box and the broken piece it is clear that the piece was able to shift fairly freely during transit. That said, the original was shipped incredibly quickly and when I called to register my issue/complaint, along with sending an email with photo of the broken piece, the issue was taken care of in only a couple days, so the service was excellent. I'm not sure the part is as sturdy as the originally manufactured ones, but that would not be your fault. The second shipment was packaged several times better than the first. So, at the end of the day I had a more than satisfactory experience with your company.
