How do I return an item?

ONLINE PURCHASES:   We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from stoveworld.com - a division of Preston Trading Post. We will normally accept returns on unused items which were not identified as Special Order or Electrical Component at 100% credit or refund (less shipping costs) if returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer service and explain the problem prior to attempting a return. Products should be returned in good condition with original packaging, with all parts, accessories and paperwork.

Special Orders
are products not routinely stocked for sale and are subject to a restocking fee - generally 15% - 25% that will vary with the resource used to obtain the product.

Electrical Components
are not returnable once the box has been opened.
