I found Stove World online because I needed to replace an auger motor on my pellet stove.  I called them on a saturday morning and the person I spoke with with very knowledgeable and had no trouble confirming that I was ordering the right item.  She assured me that the item would ship early on Monday and I was surprised to have it at my house on Tuesday night (partial credit to UPS I guess).  The part was exactly right and was pretty easy to install.  All in all a great experience.

Called to speak to a someone regarding a problem that I had with my pellet stove. I've call many times in the past and my experience with the Stove World team was always pleasant.
However, the gentlemen that I spoke with was rude condescending to me.
